The service and professionalism were top-notch from beginning to end. Beginning with Troy, the service technician, who diagnosed our problem, to Nick who made sure we got the best deal for our situation, to Jamie and Nathan who installed our new heat pump. I have to add that Jamie was impressively thorough in his inspection of the finished project. The York heat pump is high quality, is quieter, is made in Wichita USA, and has a 10-year warranty. We are very pleased with our experience.

Great Company!!! Nick came out to give us an estimate and was very professional!! He listens and truly cares about helping people out Nick is awesome!!! He also had a GREAT technician come out((Nathen)) he was quick and did everything he could to try to fix the problem. I ended up needing a new unit and Nick had his crew come out as soon as the holiday weekend was over. Absolutely hands down the best heating and air company in town. Just had a new AC unit installed today and the gentlemen that installed it were so kind and answered any questions I had. I feel even better knowing they are 24/7, so if I ever need anything even on the weekends, they are there! I’m a single woman so it can be a little nerve-wracking to figure out this home maintenance stuff but Comfort Heating and Air made it a breeze (pun intended 😁).

Nick was extremely helpful in deciding which system to get. After a quick & responsive estimate, my wife and I decided to go with Comfort Heating & Air because of their competitive pricing and professional demeanor. The York system is running amazing, we had a complete heating and AC install. They were in and out in one day. They did a really good job taking apart the old unit and getting it out of a very narrow basement entrance. They did a pretty good job cleaning up after themselves. Honestly, the 10-year parts and labor warranty really sealed the deal. I would highly recommend them.

Came out after hours right away! After working on air conditioner and finding multiple problems and explaining costs, had a representative here the next day for a cost analysis of the new AC. Installed new AC within a day. Staff and work for all employees was excellent.

Great service from start to finish! My AC wasn’t working properly and I had them come out for a second opinion. It turned out I needed a new one. They came and installed a new AC & furnace, showed me how to run it, and cleaned up all in 1 day. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

They came out on Saturday AND Sunday (was at our house in less than 10 minutes from the time we initially called) got our replacements installed quickly and was reasonably priced!
