Beginning with Troy, the service technician, who diagnosed our problem, to Nick who made sure we got the best deal for our situation, to Jamie and Nathan who installed our new heat pump. I have to add that Jamie was impressively thorough in his inspection of the finished project. The York heat pump is high quality, is quieter, is made in Wichita USA, and has a 10-year warranty. We are very pleased with our experience.”

“So I have a story to tell. A round of storms came through and took out our AC overnight. My husband and I both work early hours so he didn't catch it until almost 4:30 pm the following evening. Mind you we then have a 2 year old and a 3 month old infant, in a 89 degree house in 100+ degree August weather.... after my husband called me, I immediately called. A tech was dispatched to our house within the hour, he diagnosed the problem quickly, fixed what he could, ordered the remaining parts, and was kind enough to bring us out a window air to help keep the house a safe temperature for the baby. Anthony was beyond courtious and professional, he had us up and running again within 48 hours. He worked his tail off for us when most people would have just clocked out and went home. My family graciously appreciates Comforts staff for always taking great care of our family, no matter the season or situation!!! We're some very thankful, happy customers!!!!”

“At 11:30pm I noticed my AC was draining water back into my duct work. I called Comfort at 8:15 the next morning and they were at my house 42 minutes later. I timed it. The gentleman who came was polite and treated me with respect even tho I asked a lot of questions since this is my first house and first problem. He explained the issue, fixed the issue and even pointed out a couple of other possible problems on the roof to check out. I can't say a bad thing this company.”
“I must say , I have never met such wonderful people as I have , with Comforts, Nick went above and beyond coming to give me a quote I the week before had another company I always previously used , cleaned & serviced my unit on Wednesday, was told I was good to go , turn ac on Thurs night , not much relief if any by sat morning it was over 90 , in here, I'm on 24 7 oxygen & the heat is very hard on me , that was the weekend of the river festival. I called the same company bk & all of a sudden I'm told my a coil has holes & need replaced , 8,000-10,000!!!! I called comfort & one other for quoted Nick came with comfort & before he left asked if his tech, Troy could look at my unit , Troy was here when I got home & was putting freon in , yes one small hole was in the coil but not enough to effect it from cooling with freon , been a week almost & going g into 105% weather, Nick has said don't worry if that doesn't hold no matter , I could get some portable units too, Any way I hadn't even said yes to the bid yet& he even called to check on if it was still cooling, well that service & kindness sealed in deal for me , I will definitely go with them & they will keep me safe & cool from the heT until, the can get installed!!!!! What a Company, awesome service trustworthy & honest & caring !!! HIGHLY APPRECIATED AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND”

“I previously had a company come out and they worked on my heating system but it never lasted more than two days. They ended up coming 6 times in 5 months and the same problem kept happening. So I called Nick with comfort heating and air to come and give me a quote. He showed up when he said he would and also kept in contact with me while I decided what and who I was going to go with. Gladly I went with Comfort heating and air. I'm so very glad I did. They showed up to do the installation of my whole system when they said they would be here. The men were very friendly and answered all of my questions. (Which was A LOT) They finished 1.5 hours ahead of schedule. They even vacuumed up the very little mess they made. From Paul, who is very polite & helpful when he performs routine service calls to Nick - who did an exceptional job of personally coming out to thoroughly look at my home & evaluate what HVAC system/plan would be the best option for me. As I was replacing the entire HVAC system, my water heater plus adding ductwork to include two bedrooms in my basement, it was a big decision. Nick was extremely helpful & even spoke by phone several times with my engineer son who lives out of state to help me with the decision. The man (I believe his name is Nathan?) who oversaw the installation did an excellent job & returned personally after hours one very hot day the following summer when a power surge fried an internal part (no fault of the unit itself). Almost two years have now passed since installation & I can also say they service & stand behind their product as well. “My furnace completely died while we were in the middle of the coldest part of the winter storm, with wind chill over night it was down to -37. I just had Comfort out for a quote to replace everything and not 24 hours later we had no heat(limped the old system along for years, 20+ years old). I gave Nick a call back the next morning and Comfort was able to replace everything within a day! Everything from start to finish was fantastic. Working with Nick was easy to get everything rolling. I was proved several quotes to choose what I felt was best, the crew was on time, worked hard, answered my questions, and was considerate of the mess they created and the clean up. I was not prepared to spend the money I did, but the new equipment and the experience was top shelf! I am hard to please and Comfort exceeded my expectations! If you were looking for a reputable HVAC service, just use Comfort you'll be glad you did.”
